When will my order be sent?
We deliver Australia wide within 10 working days for a flat fee of $8.50 from our warehouse in Melbourne.  Large orders, heavy items, lampshades and bulky items such as poly balls will attract additional postage and you will be advised of this before being charged and order sent. We will endeavour to send your orders by the cheapest freight service at all times

We use Australia Post or a road transport company to send most orders.  Please note it is prohibited to send flammable substances such as spray cans and glue by post. These items must be delivered by road transport.

Can my order be sent overnight?
We can organise overnight delivery for you at your expense and as long as payment has been made.

I live in Melbourne can I pick up my order?
Orders can be picked up from our warehouse in Melbourne via prior arrangement but all orders must be placed through our website.  Payment must be made prior to pick up via the website or via credit card on pick up.  Cash facilities are not available in our office so if you would like to pay cash please bring the exact amount.

You will always be notified of additional freight costs prior to shipment of your order.
